Management fee ： $ 110/month （ Electricity, water, yard maintenance, Wifi ）
If utilities exceed limit, tenant is responsible
Term ： 1 year minimum. Automatic renewal every year thereafter, no renewal fee required.
At the time of moving in ： Deposit equivalent to one month's total amount （ This includes cleaning fee $ 110 when moving out ）
Eligibility ： International students or professionals who wish to improve their English skills.

No real estate introduction fee or other fees are required as it is directly with the owner. Also, if you wish, you can communicate with your parents via Skype or Zoom for your peace of mind.　 The property is managed by a non-profit Japanese school corporation that promotes English education and helps students learn English during their stay in Hawaii （ The property is licensed by the State of Hawaii ） for use by the State of Hawaii.
