Short-term acceptance.

Two rooms are available for rent starting November 26.
You will share a bathroom with a woman.
There is some furniture.
Kitchen is free to use. There is a washing machine and
a dryer.
I-5 access is very good, less than 5 minutes.
Not a 2 story house. It is a one-story house on the corner.
No pool. No jacuzzi.
It must be a female with no allergies as we have a cat.
I will use the master bedroom and
there is another bathroom separately.
I can accept you for a short term. No deposit.
