We are looking for one woman to sublet from December 25 to January 19. We are looking for a non-smoker, clean person who can rent for at least 1 week. after 8 days it will be $ 60 per night.

2 bed apartment with one Japanese female roommate. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with her. She is very clean and quiet.

Deposit ： half of the amount you will pay for the apartment ： for example, if you plan to stay for a week, the deposit will be $ 210 （ you will get it back if nothing happens when you move out. ） The room you will be staying in ： A very quiet and sunny two-bedroom on the third floor of a three-story apartment building. We will provide you with a place to put your belongings in addition to the room.

The entrance and bathroom are in the center of the house, and the rooms are separated from each other to keep privacy, making this a great layout for sharing.
The kitchen and bath are shared with one other person. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils.

The laundry is 30 seconds from the house.
Around the station there is an organic deli, supermarket, trendy bars and restaurants, popular cafes, etc.

Within a 10 minute walk, there is an avenue with more cafes and restaurants, and you can also walk to the center of Williamsburg, which is very convenient.
The area is always crowded and very close to the train station, so it is safe to come home late at night.
