〇 Trucks and one-boxes are parked for long hours at night.
0 Multiple people are loitering around the facility.
0 Flashlights are flickering inside and outside the premises.
0 Cables are being cut on and off the premises.
〇 Cables are being placed in vacant lots or on the street.
