Beware of fraudulent phone calls claiming to be from a gang ！ ！.

Recently, in the prefecture, there has been an increase in the number of fraudulent calls from gangsters demanding money from you saying, "Your family hit my master's car and ran away, so I caught them. There has been an increase in the number of fraudulent phone calls demanding money, saying things like, "We won't let you leave until you pay for the repairs.
Such scam phone calls are a way of swindling you out of cash by taking advantage of your concern for your family and your fear that you will be harmed by the gang members.
If you receive such a suspicious call, check with your family or consult the police immediately.
Please take measures to avoid talking directly to the scammer by using the answering machine function on your home landline or setting your home phone to reject blocked calls.
If you receive a suspicious call, please report it to the Ichihara Police Station.
