Dec. 13 （ Wed ） We received information today that a child encountered a man exposing his lower body in the vicinity of Takanedai 3-chome at around 4:15 pm.
The police have been notified. The man was described as approximately 30-40 years old, approximately 171-175 cm tall, slim build, wearing a black hoodie and black pants. If you encounter a suspicious person, do not hesitate to tell him to run away, shout, or ring a security buzzer to get help immediately and call 110.
