Housekeeper and babysitter wanted

We are looking for someone who can help with housework and babysit our 1 year old daughter on an irregular basis every week and 1 － 2 times every other week.
We would like you to do simple household chores such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, folding laundry, taking out the trash, etc.
We live in San Jose in a 3bed 3bath townhouse.


I would be happy to meet someone for a long term relationship, so please let me know how often you would like to work, what hours you would like to work, and your hourly rate.
