Hello.
My name is Taka and I am currently doing OPT in NY.

I would like to say this in a straightforward manner. I would like to share a house with someone I can study hard with.

I have graduated from a graduate school in the US and am doing OPT. I have taken the first step in my life in the US.
However, it is important for me to live in the U.S. from now on. For that, I have to study.

But it is very hard to study while working alone.

So I am looking for someone I can work with while living in a shared house.

Of course, we are not ogres, so we drink and walk together sometimes. But to survive in tough NY, you need to make a reasonable effort.

We are looking for $1000/month per person, ideally in Manhattan, then NJ and other areas.
