The talk show is sponsored by the Japan-America Society of Hawaii, a group of entrepreneurs who are responsible for Japan-U.S. relations.

Countries representing half of the world's population, including 10 countries in the Indo-Pacific region, will hold elections in what is being called the largest election year in history.

Various regional, legislative, and presidential elections will be held in over 60 countries, including Japan, the United States, and the Indo-Pacific region. Ambassador Tong will discuss the potential implications for Japan and the region.
