2022 Forest, River and Sea School （ 3-day/2-night course ） Summer vacation special program

Kazusa Forest is the wildest forest in the prefecture. We aim to create strong, free, and independent people while having fun and getting close to nature in the forest, river, and ocean （ In case of rain, the experience may be changed ）.

Participation capacity ： 20 people （ Minimum number of participants 5 people ） Application deadline ： 7 days before the event
Target ： Elementary 1 ～ High school students

Day 1 13 ： 00 Meet at Kazusa no Mori parking lot.
13 ： 30 ～ Explanation of the experience. Participants self-introduction.
14 ： 00 ～ Make your own chopsticks and cups.
15 ： 00 ～ T-shirt art （ Original ）.
17 ： 00 ～ Chopping wood, making an outdoor bath with herbal hot water.
18 ： 00 ～ Barbecue for dinner. Night hike to the forest to see fireflies.

Day 2 7 ： 00 ～ Wake up to birdsong.
8 ： 00 Breakfast with local ingredients. Cooking rice in a kettle.
9 ： 00 ～ Depart on an environmental tour from the headwaters to the estuary mudflats
10 ： 30 ～ Play with crabs and various other creatures in the mudflats. Try your hand at catching whitebait.
12 ： 30 Sea food experience
14 ： 30 ～ Blueberry picking and jam making.
17 ： 00 Dutch oven, pizza dinner. After dinner we discuss the forest.

Day 3 7 ： 00 ～ Wake up to birdsong.
8 ： 00 Breakfast with local ingredients. Cooking rice in a kettle.
9 ： 00 ～ River trip.
11 ： 00 ～ Lunch with flowing somen.
13 ： 00 Break up at Kazusa forest parking lot.

What to bring ： 2 sets of gloves, boots, rain gear, insurance card （ photocopy ） , pajamas, flashlight, toiletries, towel
swimsuit, river shoes, hat, small knife, change of clothes, water bottle, small backpack, 1 T-shirt.
