Selection Process / ScheduleSince the company itself operates fully remotely, the selection process is basically conducted remotely as well. However, if there is a request, we can conduct the screening in person after taking measures against infection.
We have just entered the North American market, and are in the phase of building up our business. We often communicate closely with each other, and in order to understand how well we match each other, we often use an "interview" process that does not involve a selection process.
