Hypercity, the American version of Plarail ＋ Two rails for slopes purchased in Japan

This is Tomica World by Tomica USA, which was sold in the US for a short time about 10 years ago.
It has a two-story station, fire station, hospital, roads, parking lots, etc. It does not have a train attached.
All the parts are there except the train.

Rails, piers, roads and guardrails are like new.

Station building, hospital and fire station are used and no longer sound.
(I checked the operation, but probably the metal part that contacts the battery is
corroded. It could be revived after cleaning the metal part. ・ ・ ・ )

There is no problem in switching rails, stopping, etc.

The completed drawing is hard to see, but please refer to the instruction manual image in the attached photo.
