Incoming calls for phone de scam appointments

Yesterday,
in the Honshio area of Ichikawa City
, a phone de scam [refund fraud] appointment call was received from a criminal claiming to be a city hall employee.
These calls are one of the phone de scams in which the perpetrator pretends to be a city hall employee and leads you to an unmanned ATM to make you transfer money by using deceptive words.
"Suspect a scam first," and "I'll check with my family." and so on.

Banks ・ ATMs cannot process medical expense refunds ！

Any mention of "money" and "cards" over the phone is a scam ！

If you receive such a call, hang up the phone and be sure to consult the police or family.
Also, please be sure to consult with the police or a family member. Also, the best way to prevent damage is not to answer calls from criminals.
Use answering machine settings and call recording to prevent phone deception.
