On March 13, around 6:30 p.m., a passerby saw a man lying on the ground in Goi-Higashi 3-chome, Ichihara City, and when he called out to him, the man was carrying a blade-like object.
The man immediately took the blade-like object and left.
The man is described as

jacket black jumper
underwear camouflage pants
black mask, black baseball cap
black bicycle
