Avelle apartments will soon conduct opportunity drawings for 30 below market rate units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms. As part of the Housing team's regular outreach, an informational call on the City's Below-Market Rate (BMR) Rental Program will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 6:00 PM.

The following topics will be covered:

How to apply for BMR rental units.

How to navigate the online portals.

The overall process from application to lease up.
