Nov. 4 （ Sat ） "Mental Health Welfare Festa" held

The theme is "Listen to the Voiceless, Come on, Now is the Time to Join Hands".
We will have a brass band of junior high school students, a human rights mini-concert by Artist Alchemist, and a lecture by Ms. Takako Yamada, President of Tokyo Satsuki Hospital. November 4, （ Sat ） Doors open at 11:30am. Please come to the Civic Hall.
