Care prevention class "Chikara Juku Disaster Prevention Course" 介護予防教室「ちから塾防災コース」

This is Informatin of Energetic Life.
This time, we will inform you about the care prevention class "Chikara Juku Disaster Prevention Course."

This nursing care prevention class will talk about disasters that may occur in Toyokawa City, nursing care prevention methods that can be taken during disasters, and ways to prevent secondary damage (such as economy class syndrome and aspiration pneumonia).

Instructors: Crisis Management Division staff, Genki Support Team (nurses, public health nurses, dietitians, occupational therapists, dental hygienists)

Target audience: City residents aged 65 or older who are motivated to take part in care prevention and can participate in classes

Dates and times: 6 Wednesdays from January 8th to February 12th, 13:30-15:00 (1/8, 15, 22, 29, 2/5, 12)
Venue: Ushikubo Lifelong Learning Center (1st and 3rd to 5th sessions), Disaster Prevention Center (2nd and 6th sessions)
Capacity : About 20 people
Course fee: Free
What to bring: Writing materials, tea or other beverages, towel
Application: Applications will be accepted by phone on a first-come, first-served basis from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 9th until Friday, December 13th
Other: Please wear comfortable clothing

こんにちは！「いきいき元気メール」です。今回は、介護予防教室「ちから塾防災コース」についてお知らせします。

今回の介護予防教室は、豊川市に起こり得る災害や、災害時にできる介護予防や二次被害（エコノミークラス症候群や誤嚥性肺炎等）の防止方法についてのお話です。

講師：危機管理課職員、元気応援隊（看護師、保健師、管理栄養士、作業療法士、歯科衛生士）
対象：市内在住のおおむね65歳以上で、介護予防に対する意欲があり、自ら教室参加できる方
日時：１月８日から２月１２日までの水曜日で全６回　13時30分〜15時0分（1/8、15、22、29、2/5、12）
会場：牛久保生涯学習センター（１回目と３〜５回目）、防災センター（２回目と６回目）
定員：２０人
受講料：無料
持ち物：筆記用具、お茶などの飲み物、タオル
申込：１２月９日（月曜日）午前９時より１２月１３日（金曜日）まで電話で先着順に受付
その他：動きやすい服装でお越しください
