Fall is a fantastic season to get outside and try archery, whether you’re bowhunting or practicing target shots. Here are some quick tips to keep you safe and make your experience even more enjoyable:


* *Inspect Your Gear: *Check your bow and equipment before heading out to make sure everything’s in top shape.
* *Mind Your Surroundings:* Ensure the area around you is clear—no one should be in your line of fire.
* *Perfect Your Form: *Small adjustments in form make a big difference! Confirm your bow is appropriately loaded properly to avoid dry firing and protect your equipment.
* *Stay Visible: *Wear bright or reflective gear so others can easily spot you and keep everyone safe.

Mark Your Calendars for the First 50+ Senior Slam Pickleball Tournament

Join us for a full day of exciting competition at the inaugural 50+ Senior Slam Pickleball Tournament, held on Friday, Dec. 6, at Scioto Southland Community Center, 3901 Parsons Ave., 43207 and Friday, Dec. 13, at Whetstone Community Center, 3923 N. High St., 43214. This action-packed event will follow a round-robin format, giving each team two guaranteed pool games plus bracket play for a chance to compete to the finish.

Registration is now open, so gather your team and get ready! The tournament fee is $40 per team, with each team playing four games. Games kick off at 8:30 a.m.

Journey to Wonderland with Alice Live on Stage

WinterFest Columbus: Your Ultimate Kickoff to the Holiday Season
