今回は、婚活に関するワンポイントアドバイスをご紹介。
これからの婚活時に少しだけ意識していただけると嬉しいです。
【１．パーティに参加する前の心構え】
婚活パーティに参加するとなると、多くの方が「うまく話せるかな？」「相手に気に入ってもらえるかな？」と緊張してしまいます。でも実は、肩の力を抜いて“いつもの自分”を大切にすることが、一番の近道なんです。
まず意識してほしいのは「楽しむ姿勢」。婚活パーティは試験でも審査でもなく、出会いの場。緊張はあって当たり前ですが、笑顔で「今日はちょっと楽しい時間を過ごしてみよう」という気持ちを持つと、相手も安心して話しかけてくれます。
もうひとつ大切なのが「自分をよく見せようとしすぎない」こと。無理にキャラを作ったり、相手に合わせすぎたりすると疲れてしまいますし、自然な魅力が伝わりにくくなります。ありのままの自分を少し明るめに表現するくらいがベストです。
また、「出会いはご縁の積み重ね」と考えると気持ちがラクになります。1回のパーティで必ず運命の人に出会わなくても大丈夫。いろいろな人と話す経験そのものが、自分に合う相手を見極める力になっていきます。
最後にひとつ。参加する前に「今日はどんな人と話せるかな？」とワクワクする気
持ちを持ちましょう。不安よりも期待にフォーカスすると、表情や態度が柔らかくなり、自然と良い出会いを引き寄せますよ。
「うまくやろう」ではなく「楽しもう」の気持ちで参加することが、最高の出会い
につながります。
