* *Weekdays:* 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* *Saturdays:* 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* *Sundays & Holidays:* Not allowed

* *Residential Noise Permitted Hours:*
* *Weekdays:* 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
* *Weekends:* 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

* *Construction Noise Permitted Hours:*
* *Weekdays:* 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* *Saturdays:* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* *Sundays & Holidays:* Not allowed

*Penalties for Violations:*


* Violating the noise ordinance is classified as a Class 1 civil infraction and may result in a $250 fine.
* After three violations within a six-month period, further violations may lead to misdemeanor charges.
