降雪による積雪が予想され、また、気温予報などから屋根の雪が滑りやすくなることが予想されるため、雪下ろしを行う場合は、命綱やヘルメットを着用し、２人以上で行うなど、安全な作業を心がけてください。
屋根に積もった雪が落ちてくる可能性があるので、軒下には近づかないようにしましょう。
また、積雪に応じて深夜から早朝にかけて除雪車が出動します。
重大な事故につながるおそれがありますので作業中の除雪車には絶対に近づかないでください。
『雪おろシグナル』の屋根雪荷重推定値などを参考にして、計画的に無理のない屋根雪処理を行いましょう。

●大仙市では、雪下ろし作業中の安全対策のため、雪下ろし用ヘルメットや安全対策セット（ヘルメット・命綱・安全帯）を無料で貸出していますので、ご活用ください。詳しくは総合防災課（電話０１８７−６３−１１１１、内線３８６）までお問い合わせください。
●雪下ろしの際は電線・電話線に接触したり、引き込み線を誤って切断しないよう注意してください。
もし切断した場合は絶対に触れず、東北電力ネットワーク（電話０１２０−１７５−３６６）またはNTT東日本（電話０１２０−４４４−１１３）に連絡してください。
●家庭用除雪機を使用の際は、人の巻き込みなどに十分注意しましょう。特に、雪詰まりを取り除く際は、必ずエンジンを停止させましょう。
●LPガス容器の周囲は定期的に除雪や見回りをし、雪下ろしの際は、LPガス容器の周囲に下ろさないようにしましょう。万が一、ガス漏れ等の異常が発生した際は、容器のバルブを閉じて至急、販売店に連絡してください。
