My Westchester Newsletter – Special Edition: Tropical Storm Isaias – August 10, 2020

Tropical Storm Isaias swept through Westchester County, leaving thousands of residents without power for more than 48 consecutive hours. If you experienced a power outage for more than 48 hours beginning on August 4, and you are a Con Edison customer, you may file a request for residential reimbursement for food and prescription medicine spoilage, or a request for commercial reimbursement for perishable merchandise. Requests for reimbursement must be filed on or before September 8, 2020. More information can be found below.
County government does not control the utilities, but wants to share this information that might be helpful.
