Master bedroom available * Central OC

Hi All,
I have a master bedroom available (private bathroom)
In a gated community with pool jacuzzi and close to all major shops, freeways, and Japanese markets (all literally within a 10 minute drive)
Newly renovated bedroom, spacious closet, room fits large furniture, and you can bring your own furniture
Laundry is in unit and parking provided
I am looking to fill the room as soon as possible, once I find a good fit. The other roomate works full time and is rarely home.
The house is quiet, clean.
