Clean and quiet Rental Room with a Private Bath in Waialae Iike.

I have two bedrooms with private baths in a safe and great location (Wailea, IiKe) about 1/2 mile up the hill. The bathroom partially furnished (Bed and desk), shared a large living room, kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, off street parking may use a swimming pool with extra pay for cleaning). The house is located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with access to a natural trails and nature walk, Kahala beach, mall and eateries.

Two rooms: one is $1,000 and another is $1,300 per month, plus utilities or about $60.00 per month.
I am a professor who values the quietness, cleaniness and peaceful environment. No drugs, drinks or drama, please.

Availability: Dec. 15 and Jan. 1, 2005.
