Neat female roommate wanted for a 2br/bt condo

Location: at the heart of the Silicon Valley. Close to Central Expressway, Lawrence Expressway and 101, grocery stores are within 1 mile, many high-tech companies nearby (walking distance to Sunnyvale's Apple campus and others), in a safe and small condominium community.

Heated pool, Jacuzzi and ample parking. Laundry in the unit.

Wood floor, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. This community looks new.

Free internet, water and garbage are included in rent, need to split PG&E.

Your room: has a queen bed and a bedside table, built-in closet, on the right-hand side of the living room (while the other room is on the left-hand side so both occupants have their privacy), bright, private bathroom with bathtub is adjacent.

The other roommate: a working professional female in the tech industry, respectful, well-educated, very clean, neat, quiet, polite, light cooking.

You: either full-time working female professional or student, light cooking (microwave, steaming, boiling, oven) only as the vent does not go out, polite, no overnight male guest, no frequent party, very clean and neat.

Minimum three-month lease with one-month deposit.
