This is an announcement from Kimitsu Police Station.
In Kimitsu City, there have been incidents of people being forced to open water taps installed in their yards or on their business premises, flooding their yards and other areas.
If your home or business has an outdoor water supply system such as a faucet pole,
・ install security cameras and sensor lights.
・ Secure faucets so they cannot be easily turned.
・ Use tamper-proof goods such as faucet covers and faucets with locks.
Please take such security measures.
Also, if you see a suspicious person doing this, please call 110 or the Kimitsu Police Station.
