I am looking for a safe place to move to in the East Bay area.

I live in Oakland and am looking for a place to move to because the area around my current house is not safe.
However, I have just arrived in the U.S. and am not familiar with the information here, so I am having a hard time finding a place to live.

I like the quiet and calm atmosphere of Piedmont and Upper Rockridge, where I can walk my dog alone without fear.

My husband works near Leona heights in Oakland.
