Uninsured Recommended Hospitals

I have had a throbbing sharp pain in my sternum for about a month now,
I think I may have a broken bone.

I am living on painkillers.

I know I should go to the hospital, but
I don't have insurance and can't afford the high cost of medical care
so I am unable to go.

I would like to know if there is a hospital where I can see a low income/uninsured person at a reasonable cost.
