Summer Vacation Activities ！ Beach Park Pilates

Come to Magic Island with a view of the ocean and get your body moving ？
This is a Pilates-based yoga stretching class for all levels. After the class, you will feel good all day long ♪.

When you join this class
・ you will feel energized for the day
・ you will gain flexibility and core strength
・ you will have a slender body
・ you will simply enjoy the beauty of Hawaii

. Our instructors are certified pelvic correction personal trainers ／ Pilates instructors ／
and yoga instructors. We will safely conduct lessons according to everyone's level.

Classes are conducted in Japanese and English.

Please feel free to join us:)

We offer lessons to help you get your pelvis in shape. Postpartum mothers are also welcome with their children.
Dogs are also welcome to join us.


Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
