January 1, 2024 New Year's ・ in ・ Little Tokyo held ！.

The Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California presents its annual "New Year's Inn ・ Little Tokyo" on January 1, 2024 ！.

There will be Kagamibiraki (traditional Japanese festival), mochi scattering, kimono fashion show, food and cultural ・ booths for children, taiko drumming, lion dance, Japanese dance, New Year's calligraphy, Awaodori dance, Shorinji Kempo and Kendo martial arts shows, and much more ！ On January 1, 2024, the Japanese ・ Village ・ Plaza and Weller Court and the Little Tokyo area. The event aims to introduce Japanese New Year's culture to the younger generation of Japanese Americans and Americans of Japanese descent who are unfamiliar with Japan.
You can also enjoy Japanese food at numerous food booths, including yakisoba, takoyaki, rice cakes, amazake, oshiruko, and more. Shinto ・ where you can pay your first visit to a Shinto shrine Numerous booths, including those of shrines, guarantee that you will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of Japan and the New Year.
