この度、日本人では珍しく National Exercise sports ＆Trainer's Association（NESTA http://www.nesta-gfj.com/）をハワイで取得しました。
自分で自分をトレーニングするのは簡単なんすが、誰かをトレーニングすす事はやはり練習が必要ですので、無料で今回私の練習がてらトレーニングをさせて頂きたいのでがご希望の方いらっしゃいますか?
トレーニングの必要性、仕組み、トレーニングの仕方を丁寧に説明させて頂いてトレーニングをさせて頂きます、当方、ゴルフもしますのでゴルフスイング用のトレーニングもお教えできます。

トレーニングとはちなみにどのようなことをするのでしょうか??ジムみたいな所でのトレーニングか外で走ったりするようなトレーニングなのでしょうか??

基本的なトレーニングは筋力トレーニング、筋肉にショックを与えて筋肉を鍛えて筋肉量を増やし、脂肪が燃焼しやすい体に変えていきます。筋力トレーニング初心者の方はBody Weight だけで出来るトレーニングから始めます。
運動をほとんどしたことない方は最初は簡単な運動からしかできません。筋肉を付けるには時間がかかりますので飽きやすい方はご遠慮ください。
場所は現在カピオラ二パーク、ジム（24 hour fitness またはお住いのコンドミニアムのジム）で又はご自宅でしています。
