I’m looking for one additional roommate to live in this new townhouse. Rent is $1600 (everything included). Friend just moved out after his internship.

Safe & New & Quiet Neighborhood
Walking distance to Target & Sprouts, 10 mins
New furniture in common area, but you need your own bedroom furniture
In house new washer / dryer, new AC
Bathroom shared with one other roommate who is also from Apple
Attached garage, one garage space for parking
No pet, no couples, and prefer male roommate as the other room is also male roommate, both of us work in tech and have nice schedule
No party and no night noise
