The house is fully furnished with dishes, appliances, towels, etc. Everything you need to live in the house is provided and ready for you to move in.
Utilities, high speed internet, Netflix, etc. are included in the price. One parking space is available inside the gate.
Located in the Santa Monica Mountains, it is very comfortable and surrounded by greenery in a relatively cool place even in the summer.
