Roommate needed in Los Angeles Downtown condo ・ 1111 Wilshire. The room you will be offered is one of 3B2B private room with closet. Bathroom will be shared with female （ Chinese, Chinese ＋ English ） only.

The room is not specially furnished, but we can lend you a cafe table, chair, stand light, and foldable double mattress if you wish. Immediate move-in is possible, and the lease period is flexible, but the maximum length is until next August. Preference will be given to long-term tenants.

Rent is $950/month （ Utilities are an additional $100 ）. The apartment is a few minutes walk from 7th Street Metro （ Metro A Line, E Line ） and very close to bus stops （ Silver Line. 20, 16., 18 ,720, Dash A, E ）. There is also a Jacuzzi, BBQ area and garden on the roof top, a fitness gym and a Pool in the courtyard. There is a supermarket （ open 7:00 ～ 23:00 ）, Starbucks and Chipotle within 1 minute walking distance, and Target Plaza within 10 minutes walking distance.
