Missing Persons Information

I am looking for a missing person.
84 year old male. He left his home in Kamagaya, Kamagaya City at approximately 9:30 a.m. today and is missing.
He is 167 cm tall, weighs 60 kg, wears a clear green down jacket on top, blue jersey pants on the bottom, black hat, blue shoes, and a red bag.
