Ring in 2025 at the Library! Celebrate Lunar New Year, learn sign language with your baby, make some fun winter crafts and much more!

* *The Library will be closed on Monday, Jan. 20.*
* *Storytimes at the Library are on a break Dec. 22 through Jan. 4. The regular storytime schedule will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Storytime at Magical Bridge Playground will still take place on Jan. 3.*

Many of our programs this month do not have registration. Space in our programs is still limited and the doors will close when the program is full.

 

For programs with registrations, we recommend arriving early. Registrants' spots are only guaranteed until the start of the program.

Winter Reading Challenge





Cozy up this winter with a brand-new, free book from the Sunnyvale Public Library!

Children and teens (ages 0 to grade 12) will receive a free book when they sign up for the Winter Reading Challenge. The challenge will take place Dec. 1 through Jan. 12. Once signed up, go to the Children’s Information Desk for your free book and add your name to our Reader Wall.

Finish the challenge by reading three or more books. We will enter all readers who finish the challenge into a grand prize drawing. The more books read, the more chances to win!
