We subsidize the purchase of helmets for bicycle riders.

Noda City subsidizes a portion of the cost of bicycle riding helmets purchased by citizens.
The subsidy is available to those who purchase a new bicycle riding helmet that meets the city's approved safety standards. The subsidy amount is one half of the purchase cost （ rounded down to the nearest 100 yen ）, with a maximum of 3 ， 000 yen per helmet per person, one time only.
Applications for subsidies are accepted at the Citizen's Life Division on the 2nd floor of City Hall and at the counter of the Sekijuku Branch Office after attaching the required documents to the application form. There is a deadline for applying for the subsidy, which is within 6 months of purchase, so please apply as soon as possible after purchase.

Those eligible to apply for the subsidy
(1)Those who are registered residents of Noda City and use the purchased bicycle riding helmet, or their guardian if the one who uses the helmet is a minor
(2)Those who are not in arrears of city tax at the time of application


Items required at the time of application
(1)Original receipts showing that the payment of the helmet has been completed which can be confirmed as follows
・ Receipt date
Receipt amount （ Unit price of the helmet ）
・ Store of purchase
・ Product name, part number, etc. （ Evidence of helmet purchase ）
Evidence of safety standards for the helmet （ Warranty card or actual item ）
(3)Bankbook or cash card of the payee, printed matter of web bankbook, etc.
(4)Personal seal
