On October 25, 2024, the PSCSC conducted a rulemaking hearing on Rules 9.12 and 9.23 in accordance with the City’s rulemaking administrative code. Notice of Rulemaking was posted on the Commission’s website, published in the "Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce", and public comment was accepted both in writing and in person. At the hearing, the PSCSC took final action and approved revisions to the rules.
