How to close the Rakuten Ichiba in Japan

I applied for a Wifi rental service for my temporary return to Japan from Rakuten Ichiba via airport pickup and paid with an American credit card. The reason was that there was a possibility of unauthorized use. I contacted the customer support but they said they would not give me any more details for security reasons. If you have ever shopped at Rakuten Ichiba in Japan from the U.S., could you please tell me how you paid for your purchases? I have a history of purchases at Rakuten Ichiba, and two years ago I paid with a credit card and had no problems. Thank you in advance.
