Bulky trash （ How to dispose of 1 door refrigerator ）?

Bulky trash （ If I want to throw away or dispose of a 1-door refrigerator ）,
what is the best way to do so ？
（ The refrigerator works and cools, but I believe it is over 10 years old. It is 90cm high by 45cm deep by 50cm wide ）

Public Works website says

but I don't know where to contact normally... （ Trash hauler comes every week ）
