The lecturer is Risako Watanabe, Adult Developmental Psychologist ・ and Fellow of the Coaching Institute at Harvard Medical School. From her experience in providing executive training ・ coaching for leaders in the public and private sectors around the world, she will teach us how to provide feedback to foster autonomy in middle and high school students based on leadership theory and adult learning theory.
