We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.
*Only one lesson will be held in August.

Conditioning is an exercise to prepare the body.
After getting rid of your body's habits and putting it in the correct position,
you will train to avoid distortions.
You will be amazed at how your body changes !
It is not a tough or strenuous workout !

* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
