Your design is part of the train ！ ？ Kawagoe Railway 130th anniversary project ！

Kawagoe Railway （ now ・ Seibu Railway ） opened on March 21, 1895.

The operating section at that time was between the present Honkawaetsu Station and Kokubunji Station.

To mark the anniversary, Seibu Railway and the municipalities along the section, Kawagoe City ・ Sayama City ・ Tokorozawa City ・ Higashimurayama City ・ Kodaira City ・ Kokubunji City, will hold joint events.

The event of interest is a train head mark design contest ！

A head mark is a mark attached to the front of the first car of a train. ！

We will announce the designs submitted by the public and select the winners by voting.

The train with the selected head mark may run in Higashimurayama City.

1 ． Theme: "To commemorate the 130th anniversary of the Kawagoe Railway, the design must convey the charm of Seibu Railway and the municipality where it is entered"

2 ． Eligibility

Applicants who meet the following two requirements

（ 1 ） Resident of Higashimurayama City ・ Resident of ・ Elementary school student or older （ 2 ） Those who agree to the application guidelines

*You will be deemed to have agreed to the entry requirements when you submit your work.

3 ． Entry Period

December 1, 2024 （ Sun ） 10 ： 00 - January 6, 2025 （ Mon ） 17 ： 00

*Entry Period is subject to change without notice.

4 ． Number of entries

One entry per person （ You cannot apply if your entry has been submitted by another municipality ）

5 ． Requirements for entries

Circle with a diameter of approximately 60

"Kawagoe Railway 130th Anniversary" must be included

7 ． Entry method and format

Please submit by hand drawing or digital data

Hand drawn Any method of creation is acceptable, including graphics created by computer software or processed from photographs taken by the applicant. Please note that works that identify the person and the image generated by the AI will not be accepted

Digital data ： From here （ URL link ）

*Maximum size is 10MB. AI data and CD-R applications will not be accepted.

Handwritten ： Please submit directly to the City Sales Section on the 4th floor of the Higashimurayama City Hall

*If you apply by handwritten, please submit the application form provided by the City Hall

*If you apply by handwritten, please do not fold or smudge the paper. Please make sure that there are no folds or stains on the paper, and the reverse side should be blank. The design will be converted into data. The design may be partially modified without the entrant's permission.

*We do not accept applications at Seibu Railway stations.

After the application period, the selected designs will be carefully reviewed and decided upon, and the winners will be notified directly and announced on each organizer's website. The selected design will be notified by each municipality or Seibu Railway.

Announcement of selected works ： March 1, 2025 (㈯) and thereafter
