Help wanted!

I am scheduled to have surgery late next month and am looking for someone to help me with general housework a couple of times a week after May 24th for post-op recovery. 2 bed condo, 1 dog.
vacuuming, cleaning, wiping, laundry, simple cooking (if possible)
I would also like to pick up the kids from school and walk the dog, which is a 7.8 minute drive.
I am looking for 3-5 hours.
I think it will be for 2 months, but if you are good, I will consider the possibility of asking you to continue.
Flexible, mild-mannered, cheerful person who loves dogs and has experience as a housekeeper.
Please offer your hourly rate. Location is Hollywood.
