Founded 24 years ago, ！ mothers with 3-6 year old children ・ fathers jointly run the parent-child Japanese playgroup "Terakoya" and are always open to visitors.

What is Terakoya... ？
Terakoya is a kindergarten-like parenting group that meets every Saturday from 9:20-12:10 at the Zen temple in Little Tokyo.
As in Japan, students enter in April and graduate in March, and the younger ・ and older students ・ work together.
The membership fee is $ 50 for each semester ($ 200 ） per year.

We want them to experience Japanese seasonal events ！ We want them to make friends who can speak Japanese ！ We want them to make Japanese mom friends ！
This is the perfect group for them.
