Verudugo Woodland Elementary School in Glendale, a public elementary school, is looking for Kindergarteners for next year. Since it is a public school, there is no tuition fee. half of the day will be spent with a Japanese teacher in Japanese, and half with an American teacher in English. Half of the day will be spent in English with a Japanese teacher and half in English with an American teacher. Even if you do not live in Glendale, you can get a permit from your school district, so many children from the Los Angeles area attend Kindergarten. Silverlake, Highland park, pasadena, atwater, downtown, korea town, North Hollywood, burbank, and many families attend our school. In a Japanese language environment, students learn Japanese naturally. As a parent, I am amazed at the growth in language skills. There are open spots in the class every year from Kinder through 6th grade, so if you apply, you can enroll almost 100% of the time.
