In a two-story home, we are renting on a month-month basis the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and walk-in private bathroom. It also has a ceiling fan with lights. You will have access to the entire house and kitchen privileges. You will have your own fridge because the kitchen has two fridges. The house is in a gated community accessible by a remote control which I will provide. The following utilities are included: Internet, Gas, and Water. Electricity is not included but shared. You will be sharing the house with only one person. I am a male, working professional with an established career. No pets, No smoking inside the house, No parties and No overnight guests.
