I am planning to move to Irvine, California in mid-February.
I will be out of town for work from Monday to Friday, except for weekends and holidays. （ No telecommuting ）
I am a good organizer and will keep common areas clean.

I am looking for a room with the following conditions.

・ Private bathroom
・ One room per person, furnished
・ Around $800 including utilities and Wi-Fi
・ Parking space available
・ With female
・ Preferably in Irvine
・ Appliances available for shared use （ Fridge, washing machine, etc. ）
