Japanese student, looking for a property with good train or car access near Fillmore station

• I am a Japanese student. I am looking for a convenient place to commute to the university.
• If you have access to Fillmore station on the Gold Line, or if it is far from the station but in the area of "Pasadena, Arcadia, Altadena, Alhambra, Glendale", we would love to hear from you.
• I would like to have a furnished apartment.
• Ideally, the property should be within walking distance from the nearest train station.
• We are planning to buy a car and would be happy to have a place to park
