The house is nestled in a quiet and safe upper-middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking on the street near the house or in front. It is a walking distance to the nearest eatery, shopping center and laundry or if you wish to drive. It's between the freeways of 110, 605, 91 and near 405 & 710. Just 2-4 minutes drive to downtown Long Beach and the beach. About 8-12 minutes drive to Gardena/Torrance area, and about 12-17 minutes drive to Orange County.

It's a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, no kitchen use. There are 2 females renting the other rooms. The first one is about 50 years old. The second one is about 70 years old and she is my mom's friend. My mom lives in the backhouse with a large backyard that we grow organic fruits. When the organic fruits grows, you can have some.

NO cooking in your room with a portable gas stove or any gas appliances, due to fire hazard and deadly fumes! You can bring a Microwave, small/medium Refridge, Rice Cooker, Water Warmer/Boiler, small/medium Air Fryer, but please, NO electrical stove!
